Let me begin again.

After months of reflection, introspection, circumspection, and many other kinds of spections, I think it’s about time we fire this baby back up again.

There was a period where this blog was a complete beast. A lathering, ferocious spectacle. A monster. A powerful force.

Then, there was then a leveling out. A feeling out. A period where I decided to compromise and prioritize.

Then things began not working. A software problem. I was apathetic, and took it in stride. Figuring I’d get to it when I’d get to it. And eventually–I did . . . I think.

And now it’s time to start again. To gently awaken that sleeping beast. But not to roar. No. To play.

“But,” she says, “will you really be there for me? Can I trust you? To feed me and take care of me?”

Hear me clearly now, when I say, “Absolutely not.” I will not be a servant to your needs. Feeding and promoting you to the masses in order to celebrate with you in the roar of the crowd.

No.

This time . . . we will feed each other. And we will play and feel the joy of this game without the anxiety of a score. We will come together as one voice speaking from deep within an old soul.

And life will be a wonderful flow as we work together to manage this gift, this life– like an artist juggler keeping balls in the air.

So, good reader, if you choose to look this way every so often. Welcome. It is truly good to have you.
